This is the perfect example of a club run by a soccer guy who is a total idiot as a businessman. Eric couldn’t run a hotdog stand at a state fair. He would put it into bankruptcy. I’ve never seen such bad decisions over the years like he’s made. My oldest daughter played there many years ago when they actually had a decent girls program and I’ve watched it get worse and worse every single year without fail. how this club has ever stayed in existence for so many years with that guy running it is incredible. Boca United is an embarrassment.

Totally agree with this post. I have no idea how this club is still in business. The same thing is happening again. All the boys were lied to again and its falling apart. They went from us academy to crap FYSA new league just so they have games to play. MLS is all BS. This league doesn't even let them advance to Reg III event. This club sucks.

Why would they, can’t compete with local competition and you want to pay money to travel to get embarrassed and laughed at by other clubs who say god what a waste of time playing that team was.

When were there ever glory days at this club? Eichmann never accomplished anything there. No teams ever won state championships, won big tournaments, or put any kids into college. It has been well documented. The only thing positive out of the club has been that Eric has been able to take the money He has made and gamble it away at the casino. The club is a total train wreck and people are suckers for still going there.

How much of a mess is Boca United? Try and find Eichmann at the fields. Ask them how often they are doing coaching education with their staff? Ask them to see their curriculum. Its an every man for himself at Boca. Absolutely no leadership, no curriculum, no development program, no plan, no good fields, no quality players. Its just one hot mess that needs to go up for bid but the reason it doesn't is that the city doesn't care about competitive soccer, it just wants to offer a service to parents in the community.
