Not to mention Pickett was at Creeks before FESA so Bubb can not really claim credit even for this.
Mike Pickett is always on TS trying to justify his job. He is likely grandfathered in forever as a FESA coach and has it in his contract to one day again be the executive director when he retires from being the Saint Johns Country Day PE and girls soccer coach.

Pickett does have a record of winning Division 1 highschool state championships.

I don't think so buba. Fyi. PV doesn't is trying to get out of the merger with your club douche. Your club is real trash and the bloat you just hired was a big mistake. Thanks for the sigh of relief. The battle at the beach has been a wreck for years! Maybe you can get your coaches to recruit more teams!

Bend over and take it dude.

It should be easy to at least be the best club in Jax with the size of our player pool, available resources, and location, but we can’t even make that claim with the leagues we play in, lack of accomplishments, and unseen development. Many of us are starting to worry that we’ve become a marketing machine of smoke and mirrors disguised as a youth soccer club. Why hasn’t the success from Austin or Dallas been able to be replicated here in Jax?

I enjoyed reading the second link about Lonestar. Bubb likes to be the only one in charge of everything so can see how there could be differences of philosophy with the Board. Lonestar seemed to want a Leadership Team reporting to the Board and lists all the leader coaches and their leadership responsibilities. FESA should list its leadership team and what coaches are leading the Palm Coast/Port Orange south location, Central location is Bubb, Oakleaf, Tallahassee, Saint Augustine/Villages location, ECNL boys, ECNL girls, USL2 team and who will coach the future women's pro team. Lonestar even disclosed its finances in a club announcement. Where is FESA transparency?

Lessons were learned in Austin, that’s why at FESA there will be zero transparency, he’s nothing if not savvy when it comes to this. He couldn’t care one not about you your kid or your family. Checks stroked and dollars collected are all that matters. Success isn’t important as is clearly being demonstrated. Thousands of players yet mediocre results.

WE Florida Elite pay Bubb. The Board who represents WE nonprofit organization FESA needs to simply communicate more. Send out the Board approved annual FESA financial report about how much money WE FESA makes at tournaments, pays our leaders, WE pay for field space and lights, pays for the WE Florida Elite USl franchise and WE Tottenham partner. I don't care where the money goes but want to know because as a community nonprofit club WE should know and be able to know when open board meetings are and be able to see the Board minutes. Also, parents have good ideas for the future of the club that should be heard by the Board.

He is the only FESA coach that wins consistently at a high level albeit leveraging his recruiting goodies. Top girls players come to play for him not FESA. Bubb would dream to have 2, 3, 4 more Picketts but he just hires unemployed clown from distant lands who are his buddies. They are lame and keep losing.

PV parent here that’s pretty “in the know”. I’ve heard absolutely nothing of a split from Armada, or even a hint of problems/issues. Sounds to me like you are making crap up. Not surprising, as that’s what we’ve all come to expect from our “friends” at FESA.
Also, loved what EB had to say at the parent meeting, and have heard nothing but positives since his hiring.
The battle at the beach has been and will continue to be exactly what we want it to be. It has been everything that it was intended to be, and therefore is a great success for the club and the teams that take part in it. Recruit more teams? Why? We’ve hit our max # of teams for several years now. At least we play teams from outside our own club. Lessons learned from FESA....BIGGER is rarely better!
Have a nice day now Mr. Potty Mouth!

Really respect a lot of the coaches like McClellan, Busby and Gough with impressive coaching licenses and records. FESA needs to start building the Southern areas by putting some new energetic coaches and leaders down in Saint Augustine and the Villages to run the recreational programs. Also Palm Coast and Port Orange need the best leaders FESA has. It is time to build and develop FESA. Bubb has the FESA central area with lots of new growth on 210 and Riverside and the USL team to focus on. Parents don't want to travel far for recreational and developmental youth soccer.

Who is the tournament director for the Tottenham Showcase sponsored by Florida Elite? Who calls every club starting in August to recruit teams? Who calls the college coaches to recruit them to come watch the showcase games? Is Bubb and the other full time coaches doing their jobs or are they relying on parent volunteers to direct the tournament?

There are always so many tournaments going on President's Day and any other holiday weekend competing for teams. Teams usually do one or two away tournaments, if they are not in a league that already travels a bunch for games and showcases. Florida Elite at least has lots of its own teams to play, and it is nice to see a few teams from Georgia, Tampa, Miramar, and Space Coast coming to enjoy the preseason tournament. The Tottenham coaches should do a talk or something fun for the players. Hope they give out Tottenham cool stuff.
