Who could ever have guessed taking the Coral Springs name out of all branding would be a bad idea? Now the city is upset, no Sunrise gear is allowed on city fields, and players have to turn in their uniforms and bags so new patches that say Coral Springs can be sewn on.Comment

No! PG is gone because he is inapt. He got ahead of himself by thinking he could cover his inability to coach by getting prime and some of these other clubs involved. What he didn’t realize was that all they needed was players and field space and he’s now on the outside looking in. When has he ever succeeded at any previous stop? Now the other clubs get what they needed from him (farm system and fields), and they throw him out? What a frickin tool! Truth be told, he surrounded himself with better coaches in some cases and with tools that he could control. The better coaches found out quickly that he knows nothing and that is why he isn't around. Have you seen any other coach in the world show up with headphones listening to music while they coach? It was absurd. He is out of touch with reality and that is why he is no longer the DOC. Funny how DR is back again in some "consultant" role after resigning earlier this summer. PG was only about the money and a poster called it earlier when he predicted PG would last as long as he did at his other stops. Leave Paul alone. He is a good guy, kids and parents like him, and he is a great coach. Great temperament and a realist. This merger has done wonders for kids from the Coral Springs program that wanted to play at a higher level. Paul (and Dan's) success in this merger may have cost Paul the DOC job (because it was not necessary with the girls program merging) but it accomplished a greater good. The two disgruntled chronic posters need to concentrate on their day jobs more.Comment
