I went to their website. Sounds like this is a good league for my daughter when she comes home from college. Anyone know anything about the Kickers?

The coach is clueless. The assistant is worse. They flew up to nationals the day of the game last year. What team does that? There was no plan, and lost both games.

What about the Tampa Bay team? Any word on their coaches, team or tryouts?

I heard there was a team from South Florida, called South Florida Strikers. They are having try-outs this weekend.

Sounds like sour grapes. Both coaches are very good. The head coach funds the team himself and provides a great service to our soccer community, AND GETS NOTHING IN RETURN! Truth is this womens team is more entertaining to watch then our "professional" Miami F.C. The only sad part about the Miami Kickers is that they only play a handful of home games. This team is great for younger girls to watch, its a shame we can't see more of them. Good job guys!! Keep up the good work!!!

Funny how the coach played someone who didn't play the entire season to get him in the playoffs and let players who were faithful and loyal all season to rot on the bench. Why should he get anything in return? No one in their right mind would pay him to coach. How did they do at nationals last year. Tampa and Palm Beach United are way more organized! The assistant coach is a tool.

You are a product of youth sports where everyone must play and all are equal and all get trophy at end.
Grow up and smell coffee, top players play in adult leagues same in college!! Be greatful he kept you around instead of cutting you and allowing you to work out with team and gain some experience. This is not rec soccer, it is about winning, while the best players will always play. Faithful and loyal??? What crap that is?? How were you so faithful, showing up for practice?? Was the world better for you gracing it with your presence. Enjoy your experience and move on. Life is not fair, if you were a top player than you would not have been on the bench. We are adults now, time to let go of mommys hand and grow up!!

Funny how an adult player is on here complaining about playing time.

Not complaining about playing time. Just complaining about how unprofessional the "professional" team was run. If you go to all of the training sessions, you should have an opportunity to play in games. If you are a player who just shows up when she feels like it and the coaches player her most of the game, that is wrong at any level. You can color it anyway you want, but it is pretty poor leadership.

What a baby!! Wake up sister, because in the real world cry babies don't last.
Professional soccer at any level is about winning and if you were able to help them do that, then you would be on the field.
This is the kind of player our system is developing and is one of our biggest problems at the higher levels!!

and what exactly did you win? you got killed in the first game of the final four because you decided to fly up the day of the game? what kind of professional team does that? Even youth teams know better. If it didn't rain in the consolation game, you would have gotten hammered in that one as well. doesn't matter if i was on the field or not. what does matter is that more than one player felt the same way and chemistry is important. what if the top players decided to come out once a month to play, or in the case that I pointed out, the last two games of the season and the coach plays that player. that's what happens at the highest level right? Really?

Obviously the players that were on the field didn't help you win anything.
