Coaches are responsible for the personnel, I am sure LB has some involvement in contract/admin work and I do not know who JA even is at Breakers.
Agreed on Beard and JA seemed to be spending alot of time in Lancaster last weekend, that would be scouting work as he's not got a team yet. With Durkin in the spot as DOC at BB/Nefc it seems everyone has a place.

Actually it is in January. But LB did make the deals for McCaffery and mewis before Beard came on. Also dealt LeRoux.

And you know this how? It is also common knowledge Leroux forced US Soccer to get the trade from Boston like she did recently again from NY to Kansas to be with her husband. US Soccer pay the USWNT players so they move them as they wish, club has no choice. Big Flaw in the league.

What is the problem with Mac and Mewis?
Local girls has marketing appeal to youth groups in MA, don't need housing and probably lower salaries to stay home. Both on USWNT fringes, Mac more than Mewis right now but Mac had good showings with NT recently.

Nothing, they are both great players but they need a lot more than two homegrown heroes to compete

You're right. It's a great team. The 10 wins, 5 draws and 29 losses over the past two seasons is nothing to worry about. Neither is the 0-3 start. They will right the ship.

As a Breakers fan, I believe they will. The team, playing style and competitive play is night and day from any previous season. With a new coach and a complete roster overhaul it will take time. Sucks to be 0-3 but Beard did say fans need to be patient to start. Every game so far they have gone toe to toe with opposition who finished in playoff spots last year, and with Seattle being back to back league winners. Need to work on scoring the chances but play is right up there with other top teams in this league.

Understand LB that in Boston professional sports, if the team struggles, management gets heavily questioned and criticized. It's just the way it is here. Go down south or to the Midwest if you are looking for a patient fanbase.

Can you read? Beard asked for patience to start, he has been very public with that, nothing LB in my comment. Clearly you have a vendetta. Do you even go buy tickets and support the team or are you happy just complaining on this forum with no knowledge of what is actually happening?

LB has no input on players or coaching. He is just the business guy doing the day to day for owners. JA is in charge of town soccer clinics and coaches in the Breakers club only.

The General Manager has no input huh? Good one.

How about some NT players with experience? International players with some skill? A top draft pick out of college that can actually play.
