You're up against someone with an axe to grind who only wants to post negativity. It was a solid win last night so congrats to the team!

If KC is so talented, why are they dead last?

The academy will make them better.

I think that was a sarcastic comment- the only money in female athletics is parent money and required title IX money that schools use every loop hole to diminish so they can have more for male athletics. An academy isn't going to make you better.

Midfield is brutally bad. Totally outclassed.

McCaffrey traded to Chicago. Hopefully a good deal for all parties.

Starters retiring, trade winds brewing... Yeah, they are on the road to improve for sure.

It's a cancerous group that none of the players want to play with and for. To easy to blame the coach because there is plenty of blame but it needs to be fixed otherwise you are looking at a perennial cellar dweller.

One started retired to take up medical school, happens all over the league because of the salaries these young women are paid during the leagues growth.
If you follow, McCaffrey has not produced since second part of 2015 season. Zero goals or assists this year, with only 3 goals total in almost 2 years. Breakers have to make player changes or they will remain bottom dwellers. New coach clearly has a long term plan to change that, seems to be clearing house of the players who have been part of the problem for two seasons.

And you know this, how? Look at changes this year, new coach is blowing up the roster, getting those problem players or under performers out.
Recent newsletter stated attendance was up significantly from 2015, upcoming game is sold out along with a big Bud Light sponsorship the business side of the organization looks to be heading in a positive direction. Now if the coach can fix this team, which he SEEMS to be starting the process of.

I would say Boston came out on top. Release say Boston received Chicago's two top second round picks, a third round pick, a forth round pick and an international player slot for next season. For a striker who scored three goals in two years, zero this year, I would say they got the better end of it.

This should add to the excitement for the rest of the season. I hear those draft picks are really fast.
