How many coaches did you lose armada? Did Rob H get demoted? Gerson? SMH

Gerson was straight trash as a game coach. He should stick to coaching at practice. That is his strength. Come game time, SUCKS! Look at what he wasn't able to accomplish in ECNL for 2 teams. Most the issues were from strategy and player lineup choices. Kids were not the problem but you have to be smart enough on how to manage the playing time of each. He had no clue and it showed.

This is true. Gerson was decent trainer with some technical knowledge but he did not select killers for his teams and he coddled players and parents with the politics. He was not tough enough on players in training and they played out of shape and soft too much. Once the parents and players feel entitled, a coach is screwed or screws himself.

PC has more energy now than ever before. Doing great things for the DA program. Just finished his year-long DA Directors course that only a small handful of clubs got to participate in. Elmar and PC have a great working relationship. Elmar is even coaching the U14 DA team. Went 3 wins and 0 losses in Charlotte this weekend. There is better and deeper talent this year than ever before in the Armada DA pool of players. Alex Bolo is a great addition to the coaching slate as well. You can keep hating all you want, it doesn’t even hit our radar.
