Everyone looks questionable. No students no sports. If they do come back leagues limited to states rules for attendance. Some think A-10 may not have a playoff to save money.
I'd like to be hopeful but I'm not. BigEast Comm. says the office is working on a few "models" on what to do when faced with certain conditions. Like a couple of schools refusing to play the schedule that type of thing. That's if they do start.

I know CA State schools, which are not opening in the fall, are still trying to run athletic teams. I imagine that won't be popular with the students who can't return

Teams reporting as soon as early June. So they are ready for August start dates.
Makes sense. 8/1 report date may be flexed since everyone was precluded from spring team trainings. Getting these kids on campus early, getting them set up with training times, workouts, maybe an early class to get the routine back, etc. will help with the return to normal desperately needed.

I think schools need to carefully assess letting athletes back but not regular students, especially for the fall. It won't sit well with the majority student body.
