Having a shaky defense and missing a dominate scorer really hurts that team. And throw in some selfish play and bad team chemistry into the mix and it gets ugly.

What you end up with is a hot mess - no spirit, no teamwork, and lack of competitiveness.
For such a large organization it is astonishing that these issues still plague the club. The lack of structure could be stemming from the fact that the club is "side income" for the college coaches who run the club and they do not have the time, or skills, or the caring to change things.
As the ECNL is a "closed system" and a college placement marketing machine - what is the incentive for change? The money is rolling in, so why bother?

They are all independent "know it alls" that don't want to be bothered.

As a paying customer I'm more concerned about the overall quality of the coaching staff than whether or not they all teach the Club ABC "way".

Practices and games should be videotaped and viewed by coaches and management. Coaches should also switch practices with other teams in the same age groups and check out the other players. And then talk to each other about what they observed, Things need to change and teams need to be shook up. The dream team is leaving. Now the work starts.

Panic will set in as the losses mount...and they all will be looking for some leadership. They will be pointing fingers at the players in an effort to guise their complacency.

As usual, CFC has the most but Oakwood and FSA had great placements as well.
