I think we need more elite premier development totally awesome leagues. Let’s take that same pool of 100 players and try to make 67 teams out of it. Smart

Truth is there should only be 1 top team per club per age group. For the rest have them on regular travel rec teams, but explain to them and their parents, that they need to train outside of club training to earn a spot on the top teams. Make those teams be the pride of the club based on real talent not favorites or who’s willing to kiss ass or give money ...Make them actually competitive. But no these clubs are greedy and have the sheep falling in line.

Take it another way, extra trainings, extra camps, etc..
If this was the approach, half the bs would be removed, and the top team would truly be Elite, and sought after...

Amelia folded their teams for this season.

Camden folded some teams. Others are playing additional tournaments and has scheduled Friendly games with other clubs in Georgia. They’re playing in Georgia from here on out.
