Jeff was organized, structured and a good tactical coach; the current one does not have that same aptitude. Maybe he will learn in time, but to see that team decline like it has is sad.

Worse than sad and at some point a coach has to look at himself as the problem if the team hasn't changed but only the coach has.

also the kids are not growing as players look at all the DA's as a hole and you see that some start off great then true colors start to show. it is part coach part DOC picking the right players and most they never develop the players. look at college roasters. I have been researching and even the Freshmen off the best DA's sit the bench the first year. we need to start looking for kids that play soccer not run. Look at the 17 year old we are all talking about he is thin and plays the game, not what we are putting on our DA's?

yes, so let's hope the club hires asap a suitable replacement to JN.

DL appears to have the role that Darren had, and if he hires a strong U16 coach it will get the program back to having adequate coaching resources.

the entire OC DA has been under-resourced since January, and it has affected all 3 teams but mainly the 16s

SC is not a good coach. He has taken a team and killed it. The players have been let down by a bad coach.

OC has own refs who red cards away teams with little fouls. Boca should have won.

Boca sucks when there not home. That's what happens when you play on a small field and are able to press all game. Then you go on a regular sized field and get tired trying to press and get smoked..... Then the over zealous parents start looking for excuses, blaming refs...it's so priceless to see and hear.....

SC has also been the coach of the u18 Orlando DA team and they are 7th in the nation, so don't know what has happened to the 16s but the 18s have been doing very well with SC as the coach.

That is a general statement....don't think it is entirely accurate. I think OC parents sometimes forget there are plenty of talented kids throughout the state. Some kids stop developing and hit their ceilings despite who is coaching. I agree coaching is critical, however you might want to consider the big picture as well.
