If they go to any other coach specially a Hispanic coach he gets upset and talks trash about the coach. He did that last year when the girls would train with HG and HP.
They stopped training with them and now the team is in 27th place dropping quick haven't won a tournament.
Coach says it cause of the parents not getting along. So your answer is the parents. But the coach playing favoritism to the team managers daughter affects the team. She takes all free kicks. She isn't even the best one at it. What about letting the others try and develop? The lack of playing time and development for the bench. All contribute to the disorganization of the team.
To fix the team have a team meeting and let someone besides the coach do all the talking , he may have an issue with shutting up and listening. Take a vote and place a new team manager.
That alone will be a huge step in the right direction. And that way we hopefully have better communication that what she does now. Always last minute and no financial updatesComment
