No one is saying NEFC MA isn't a good program. They recruit the best players in a state that has 250k registered players I think they might surpass stars of MA soon with breakers affiliation. The thread is about how much a joke NEFC RI is and the staff. You can go to the MA board and bang your chest and we will keep sending you our best 2/3 players it's good for those girls. But the rest should be on one team playing together to compete with the next level. But jerks like you want to keep checks coming in so you can afford your apartment and sell poor hopeful parents on the dream that is youth soccer, when you know dam well they are fine at local clubs.

The issue is that the talent moves to the North to play with talented soccer players. RI starts to water down and then clubs in RI create NPL teams for the sake of it, but can't compete with teams from the North. The NPL is not the same as the NPL-Northeast team that plays against stronger teams and a much higher level play.

For example Bayside FC wins state cups but who do they play? The same watered down teams.

Everything you do in life is a game of numbers. The more the numbers the odds work in your favorite. When you have a large pool of players to draw from the better your team will be. Bayside has always fair will against most NPL teams from both the boys and girls side. If you compare them to the likes of NEFC, Stars, and GPS they are always going to be at a disadvantage because the numbers work against them. Here is what you don't understand, NEFC is able to draw from a pool of 5,000 players and Bayside lucky if they have 300 to draw from. Odds is that the top 10% will undoubtedly better than the 300 players Bayside have since their top 10% represent 500 available players in their pool.

What you don't understand is as small operations as Bayside they are able to produce top players for the Revs and DA programs. However if Bayside has the same sample to draw from I would assumed the odds will be to their favorite as with any other clubs.
