    By sons been with the program for 2 years. He has certainly gotten better from the training from coach TK and higher level of competition in NEP, the team has progressed too. The NH program is trying to grow but may have been hurt a little last year by not adding enough additional coaches, that seems to be changing with additional coaches being brought on for next year.
    The philosophy is about committing to and building a team that grows together, not swapping and moving players each week or before playoffs to make the program look better.

      The Philosophy listed above is one used by SMALL clubs that don't have numbers. Because anyone who knows how Stars MA operates the stated (above) NH philosophy flies in the face of what they do and how they operate.
