So enlighten us please. TF and BS (former FESAs) joining Armada on girls side. Who is leaving or left already? Leaving on their own or with a push? Simple questions.

BS is simply a very average coach. He was kept on ECNL at FESA simply because he was MPs water boy and club politics didn’t want to upset MP whilst he was doing well with his older girls team. Shows weak leadership, he should have been coaching B teams at best but since reindeer games is the way FESA operates it’s how it was. MP struggled the last couple of seasons due to his teams not having the same talent and knew his time was up at FESA. No way was BS ever going to survive without MP. Players won’t follow him to Armada, believe me he’s not worth the drive. ( No coach in Jax is!)
Foley is very good, but his success has come when dealing with top level players in Virginia. In reality he’s come to Florida as a semi- retirement gig because Armada is the same average girls program that FESA is. He is extremely well connected in the women’s game and despite what some FESA yum yums might say, is an excellent coach. Some players may follow him for the connections he can offer and he’s a genuinely good person too. He has a lot of work to do to upgrade a very average program.

I think you are being generous. Armada and Florida Elite are below average at best on the girls side. Neither club really gives a **** about the girls.

The question is will Foley lay down and be told what to do by parents on the board like all the rest of the Armada coaching staff. Will he man up or sell out. Interesting to watch. I guess we will know pretty soon.

Omg that is priceless. Armada laid off all of their coaches and hired Foley. No freakin way dude. The guy who killed the teams at FESA. And his comments to the kids caused may issues with parents. You couldn’t make up this disaster. Armada decision makers you have out done yourselves this time. Your running a farcical comedy. Happy for you.

FESA has grown the past 5 years. Right now that means stability. Armada has shrunk and is furloughing coaches. As a business it’s pi$$ poorly managed.

Dosent really matter. Everyone who has been the girls ECNL Doc has failed and hasn’t lasted a year. It’s not their fault, all good coaches but the talent simply isn’t there to get the results Bubb demands. I hope the new coach isn’t going all in on a move to Jacksonville. Could be a poor decision in the short term.
