I don’t have a goalie but I know several gk parents at stars and they absolutely LOVE the goalie coach. Kids would follow him anywhere.

It takes talent and drive to make it anywhere in soccer. Coaches can only do so much. Most of what it takes has to come from the kid themselves. The GK staff at NEFC would often meet my kid at 6 am to work her out so I can't imagine them not helping your kid if she were truly motivated.
