GPS tryouts
2002's had about 45-50
2003's had about 35-40
2004's had about 45-50
2005's had about 35-40
2005 & 2004 looks like a lot of talented kids. Did not see any of the 2002 or 2003 drills, etc. Looked like a sprinkling of a lot of local club players.

FCA/GPS is back and better than ever with great numbers and talent at the younger ages. It's amazing what the club has accomplished after everyone said it was over after the city took away Trotters.

Only way this club gets any better is they keep merging with other clubs.

True
And there will always be clubs that need to come on here and talk crap about how many kids you got to come to tryouts to make you seem relevant. If your club was based on quality/coaching and development then you wouldn't bother coming on here pounding your chest about how many kids you thought showed up.
Should Orlando City talk about how many kids they got for DA tryouts...should they talk about the 100's of kids they get for their tryouts.
FCA/GPS has always been about deception and lies.....and will always continue to be with those in charge.
The thing about it......everyone involved in youth soccer in this area knows this.
I will say DL is a good trainer and individual.

Put in 4 years at FCA/GPS. I will not be returning any time soon. FKK tryouts looked thin. OCYS looked bloated. Saw coaches selecting their top 10 girls on day 1 and mostly the girls from other clubs. Coaches were giddy when seeing girls from other clubs trying out, almost giving spots as soon as they stepped on field. It's like a game of musical chairs. Not sure which poison to take, ocys and their relentless recycling of players or fkk's fanatical obsession over the same core group of girls and cult like behavior? Or will it be rush, like a distant parent who just comes to beat you roughly every once in a while. One thing I can tell you for sure. No FCA for me.
