Red tape that doesn't take nearly as long with private property use. BS already go nailed with the Monroe site and all the time lost with that failure. A quick search only found one hint of anything at Hamilton Park, that the city approved spending $100,000 on a splash pad.

      As a side note WAC had a one star review on yelp with the comment "Id like to give this place a ZERO. Nasty dirty moldy and smells like cat piss. How doesn't osha close this place down is beyond me. How can the city claim this property as theirs. Do not allow your kids to play here.             I hope so. New 501c3 rules require formal procurement process and going out to bid on material expenses. Im sure Greekenstein is up on this.
