Crap program still living in 1999

No real leadership with Bill never around and Rocky who is completely clueless. Mario is a yes man and he's been shopping himself around to get back in the college game. Youth program U9-U12 is in complete shambles with a recreational coach overseeing their development.

I really expected a huge improvement with Mario joining and Bill dropping out. Nope. Just more of the same, only with a few extra people. We wasted another year listening to the same empty speeches. But, the entire youth soccer landscape is a sh!tshow, so you have to pick the devil you know versus the devil you don't.

There is a massive difference between high level club soccer and college soccer. College soccer is the best gig in the world if you are lazy. Mario has to work hard to make the club decent, and he doesn't. None of these guys at Team Boca are going beyond basic, low-level travel soccer. It could be so much more.

Team Boca is rec SABR with weekend away games. That's all. Their program has not produced any decent recruits in years. The coaches are burnt out and the training program is from the 1990s. When Bill starts promoting Polk State and Troy University to your kid, just smile and move on. Spend your money on SAT prep classes. Your ROI will be much, much higher.

People who hate it are just Club shoppers that have no interest in really switching. It keeps out people that have no real interest in being there and allows the coaches to focus on people that really want to be there
