A big problem I have noticed through multiple age groups at this club is that the club seems too dedicated to the loyal families, even though the players do not put in the work. If the parents are chummy with YoYo, the kid gets to start at center mid, regardless of the work put in. The other players notice and many leave. They don’t see a true opportunity to overtake the entrenched players. The entrenched players have almost zero accountability and take advantage of it.

Sad, but accurate. Fortunately, this behavior won’t work in college like it does on yoyo. Results speak volumes.

West Florida flames have been mismanaging funds for years this is why the club is in bad shape. The coach are comparable to other clubs. Overall the club lacks structure. Of course, the parents will claim the coaching
at Wff sucks and end up at the Rangers or Florida Florida premier. Parents stop blaming the coach. Your child is not the next big thing. Let the kids enjoy their youth and playing soccer.

It is not being criticized for loyal to loyal families. It is being criticized for being corrupt. When these so-called loyal families are having their kids earn starting positions for empanadas and other back door deals that is corrupt. When BOD members children are making top teams because of their positions of power that is not loyalty, that is corruption. Nobody needs loyalty from a corrupt club.
