Bubb did say live on TV FESA continued paying coaches and let none go during the covid shut down.
Keeping the payroll going was a requirement to qualify for the PPE loan and not have to pay it back.
Bubb also told reporter Ben on live tv that if there are no games then FESA will revisit giving out refunds.
Ben will have to follow up.

I have been in the club many years and one thing that Bubb has managed to do is put in place a system that allows the members to get a whole lot for their money. The uneducated young soccer parents who have not been in this very long have no idea!

Refunds
Sure. Bubb will revisit refunds...for this year. The next haul of dough he gets...not the money he already spent from last year. That money is gone. That money...paid for the "Tubby and Baldee" show.
Lots of §hit talking when it was JFC sitting on tve hotseat...now it's FESA's turn! Ha ha ha...

Big man, big threats!
Originally posted by Unregistered View PostIf FESA got a PPE loan...than they definitely need to issue refunds. Loans are to make payroll and other bills. If he didn’t issue refunds then there was no need for a loan as they didn’t lay-off anybody. Parks are maintained by city and whatever they pay for use is already budgeted in the fees they already collected. They better have not applied for Gvmt loans or there will be some serious lawsuits awaiting to happen. Needless to say the anonymous call to the justice department for potential fraud. I hope they rethink about it and just issued the refunds.
Have you asked Mail?
Have you asked Bubb?
Have you filed a FOIA?
No? So you're getting on TS making threats, thinking that scares Bubb?

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostIf businesses got the paperwork for the loan in fast enough with the right bank then they got the PPE loan. It never has to be repaid as long as can prove used the loan money for payroll. There need be no reason. Many took the loans because the future was uncertain for their businesses. Bubb and Mail are smart businessmen and will not refund money if they can bank it or use the money families paid them. The money families paid for services they never received has by now been put into new nets, Blain’s advanced moving bonus, or the scholarship fund.
