    Jeff Cup

If Jeff Cup doesn't happen, which is likely. Can we sue? They would be making millions for a tournament that doesn't take place. Of course they can take money for insurance and the people that help organize the tournament, etc, but every team should be getting a refund.

Totally agree, that would be a complete shaft. Class action might be the way to go.

Totally agree too. It's crazy that a club can get away with what amounts to robbery. People have lost jobs and getting some money back from a tournament that was cancelled, (and will be), is the right thing to do

They said that they won't be giving refunds even if the July tournament is cancelled. Not cool

As the largest tournament on the east coast in terms of quality of teams and college scouts they feel they can get away with it. Where else can you go to get this type of exposure they have with out joining an ECNL club? If the USYS national tournament series takes off it may put pressure on them and break the monopoly they currently enjoy.

U15 and above when it matters.

CASL and Disney are both on par with Jeff Cup

Now that GDA has dissolved, other teams that folded into ECNL may apply. Or some doing GAL may not he allowed.

Disney is a great event and at perfect time of year in december. The facilities are so good, it is hard to beat. Expensive yes but definitely a great experience and should return to being one of the top showcases outside of the league specific events.

Disney is about the only non-ecnl showcase that has a large power 5 attendance. Jeff Cup gets a few but most are local and missing the top schools.

Jeff Cup on both the boys and girls sides get a lot of P-5 programs, very much the same as Disney. Disney was a good showcase before the DA and ECNL. Those days are done. The ECNL showcase events are by far the strongest. Jeff Cup, CASL and PDA continue to be great showcase events for non ECNL and DA programs.
