No one applied. They realized they get competition just as good in USA league, and without the CDL drama!

FSPL 2 has better (over all) talent than CDL 1, If you are a good team at a USA club then you should be playing in FSPL. Instead of sticking to the same clubs with CDL that has bad teams at various ages at all the clubs you would be playing against other top teams that did not make it to the round of 16 but were competitive. This was the first year that this occurred and as long as they keep the teams competitive then this is a much better option over CDL.

Um, your U15 Celtic boys team is currently sitting in 3rd place of a horrendously weak U16 B division that has half the teams that are U15 that would have been hammered in the U15 A division. and half the teams that are U16 that would have been hammered in the U16 A division. If they were in U15 CDL A division, they would be at the bottom. So nothing to brag about there. Your U14 boys team is decent, but one, and only one decent team, does not make a club. I also hear that many of those players will be leaving Celtic after this year. Can't blame them, not guaranteed to be in CDL next year, so most likely back to USA against much worse competition, no showcase tournaments that the club will go to, prospect of the team will only get worse if they don't find a better club.

Celtic was destroyed in the D2 of the FSPL, struggled in the FSL, and pretty much own the bottom of each age group in the USA League

Celtic has 0% chance of being admitted as a member to the CDL, they tried before and were overwhemingly rejected. If the CDL expands it will be to the east or south.

You say that Celtic teams are doing "EXTREMELY WELL" in CDL, can you please give us all the teams that are in CDL by age, gender, which division and what place they are in. So we can determine if what you say is accurate.

First, I think everyone fighting over Celtic joining is just being funny. Who cares if they join. With CDL being the founding members B league now, it should not matter. Plus with some of the older ages only having 6 or 7 teams in the age group, what can it hurt. I would not add a bunch of clubs, so then it leads to is Celtics the best option if they added in a few clubs. Compared to some of the others in the area that may want in.

As for Celtic. Seems like the few they have in CDL are doing well enough. Only issue I see is girls. Not much on the girls side CDL, FSPL, Some success in USA.

Ok, you asked for it, here it is:

                          Celtic boys teams in CDL:

                          U12 CDL A division - 5th place

U14 CDL A division - 1st place (1/2 of this team is made up of Strictly players)

                          U15 CDL U16B division - 3rd place (1st place is U15 Houston Dynamo ranked 142, 2nd place is U15 Clw Charger Premier ranked 64th)

                          Celtic girls teams in CDL:

                          U14 CDL - 6th place

                          U15 CDL - 5th place

                          U16 CDL - 4th place

**There is no B division at these ages for girls, only 1 division**

Overall CDL participation analysis: Not good at all, FAILURE, just like all the other leagues they are in. Bottom of USA, bottom of FPL, bottom of FSPL 2nd divisions.

Actually you can a long as the two teams are in different age groups or level (A and b) . If that is success, way to aim high.
