This list means nothing. You have to look really at the lost compared to win. No its to be about the development of the players. go to each team look at the amount each player is playing.... You can see most are not playing to develop everyone. they are at crunch time get the 22% start time in. then go back to the ones they think are the best. So please don't think half way through the season shows anything. All teams are the same. Check....

Uh, I'm pretty certain the table indicates OC is a far better team then say IMG or Kendal.....for starters. Check.....

Every team needs to give their bench player starts. IMG is fortunate, yet....

I still don't think parents nor academies get the point that its development not how many wins loses. everyone is quick to point out the standings. or beanch now getting the starts. We need to improve the whole of the players not one or two. every year will be the same up and down not much development. Some clubs are doing a better job some though need to change many players for the next year. don't just take from pre academy and hope to develop the one or two kids

I strongly believe that at the age of 15/16 if your not in the DA/ PRE DA set up it's not the end of the world. Will it be harder to catch up? yes, but not impossible, hard work will be required. If your player is not where they want to be look no further place than your KID.

Do they kick a ball EVERYDAY?
Do they have more than one BALL?
Are they on there phone more than they spend with a Ball or on a field?
Do they watch soccer matches on TV?
Do they look up soccer moves or soccer websites on the internet?

If you have multiple NO's here, then your player is not spending enough time on his/her own development,
For your child to standout or be an elite player, They can not do less than other PLAYERS...

But to be honest DA is not the way every kid or parent wants to go. For everyone to really believe that DA teams have the best players is so dumb. There are still so many teams with DA level kids but maybe just not all on the same team. DA is still and always will be about winning and here like it or not skill is not the most important part of playing. Why would a weston player leave and go to Argentina if weston has the best program???/ well skill and growth there is 100 times better.

heard that OC was having tryouts for DA? are the other academies having tryouts now seems strange they would do this before state cup? After teams are out in state cup you can add players if you want is that right? so why the rush?
