This is a huge differentiator for NEFC. They get 50+ coaches out to an internal club showcase, including Maryland, Duke, and all of the New England Division 1's. But there is no sacrifice of attention on the youth teams because these coaches make NEFC a priority.
You mean they make their ELITE team a priority. The other 3,4 or 5 teams in the age group are just scraps they collect $ on.

Spoken like someone who plays at Bayside and doesn't understand how a professionally run club runs!

Something someone at Bayside probably told him who's never driven outside of Rhode Island for anything other than a kid's game.

My bet is Bayside will have more D1 commitments than those Rhodies chasing the empty NEFC promises. If you are on the elite teams then more power to you. If not, Bayside is still a better option.

Why, just because they play in NPL? hate to break it to you, but times are a changing. Many of NEFC's Premier South/SE United teams are just as strong as Baysides top teams... and often stronger at the younger ages. Why at the younger ages? Because more of the youngest RI talent is choosing to go to NEFC instead of Bayside now. But keep whistling past the graveyard though...

You are only as good as your results. Until NEFC-RI can knock off Bayside during State Cup your chest pounding means little. Let me know when you can beat Bayside on a regular base then we all can crown you the best club in RI. Hate to say but you are still the 3rd or 4rd rated in the NEFC packing order. I love it when parents start thumping their chests when they have nothing to show for. Until your club can dethrone Bayside you are still the stepchild. Remember your old club couldn't compete with Bayside. Funny now you have NEFC backing you up you start mouthing off. Talk is cheap. Show me during State Cup.

Different poster, but I'd say the NEFC GU14 & 15 premier south teams will compete very heavily for state cup this year (the U14 won it as U13 last year). The GU12 United team and Barcelona teams are both better than the top U12 Bayside team, which means their premier south team will be stacked next year, and be front runners for state cup at U13. ThE current NEFC GU13 definitely still weaker than Bayside this year.

And people keep calling if NEFC RI... no such thing. Rhode Island teams are either Premier South or Southeast. Just filled with majority of RI kids, so they play in RI instead of MA. Although in some age groups they play as MA team.

The Bayside Girls U15 Red NPL team haven't lost a referred game to any another Rhode Island team since they finished playing as U11's. Their last lose to a RI team was to a Portsmouth U12 team, in the 2012 State Cup, that had MKM and a few of her NEFC teammates when the Bayside U11's were playing as U11's in the U12 RI State Cup finals.

That is impressive indeed, but teams change and get stronger all the time. The NEFC GU15 Premier South team is one such a team. Very strong team this year from what I've seen in pre-season tournaments, and training. They may not be able to beat Baysides team yet, but they will compete.

Threads about who can beat who in the middle of winter are stupid.

And then all these "strong" U12, 13, 14 and 15 teams will get re shuffled with birth year change.

And some of the teams will actually get stronger (it will definitely help their current U13 premier south team that will be U14 next year).

Serious question, does Bayside already have their teams by birth year?

Funny this team should pop up in the thread. You are 100% correct, three-peat champions, two victories in Indiana last regional, two victories in VA a few years back and great showing in Jefferson Cup. This is a perfect example of what a premiere team should be, proper demographics from across the state and a few Mass girls. They have answered the bell every time it has been rung. Makes you wonder why JMA has thrown them under the bus.

Parents told that U15 would be the year of College coaches, still stuck with PM who obviously has lost these girls most likely because all his attention is on the five boys teams he coaches. No discussion about Disney even though DD's daughters went to Disney at this age. This team has been swept under the rug by Bayside which is mind-boggling because as stated there has been nothing but success on the field. No other Bayside girls teams has accomplished what his group has over the past five years. None. Too bad no one in the club gives a crap about them. Parents are talking John Mark.

                                Sincerely a Bayside Parent
