If they get together, it will not be a merger. It would be NEFC absorbing the remnants of Aztecs. It really depends of a settlement between the current ownership and CF. That is the only path to this absorption. NEFC is a not-for-profit and Aztecs is INC, so a real merger between these two would be impossible.

Whatever happens, it will be fun to watch. I have seen some members of these two groups talking to each other recently, so who knows. The talk looked friendly.

Remember big clubs don't just look for good players they look for players that can pay the tuition. So adding x amount of players means more money.

Remember big clubs don't just look for good players they look for players that can pay the tuition. So adding x amount of players means more money.

No one needs to take anything and the players are free to go wherever they choose, you can not sell the players, players and coaches can leave at the end of the seasons and if Aztec folds up then they fold up, they do not own anything so what would there be to sell?
