Worst coach at OW ?

The reason that OW drops its own players and picks up large numbers of kids developed at other clubs in the U14-15 age group is this: OW coaches confidence out of players.

Kids from other clubs will take defenders on 1v1 and 1v2 and use passing lanes to move the ball forward with authority. OW needs these kids to win games.

OW coaches its players to pass sideways and backwards as quickly as possible, as though the ball is a time bomb set to go off in 2 seconds. OW players learn to be scared to keep the ball. That's why physical teams who pressure OW and bad field conditions, such as mud, knock OW off their game: they are taught to panic.

So, at U14-15, OW drops lots of kids who have been with the OW program and picks up kids trained elsewhere, so they have players who can create chances and score.

Yeah, every team needs mids that turn and dribble too much. The only thing they lead the stat sheet on is unforced turnovers. Somewhere in the middle is the right place.

Absolutely hands down the worst coach there. No respect from his players, the parents or even the other coaches.
