If you are looking for great instruction and don't mind sending your kids to warmer temps in the summer, Barca has a good academy in Barcelona. Or you could try the camps at Bayern Munich in Germany

PSG's camp in Châtenay Malabry, France is excellent. Run by Julian Bacinello, it is a great 1 week immersion into European football with real coaches.

Their famous approach: looking for players who are naturally relaxed with the ball -- The club’s Academy head coach, Ben Houri, strolling the sidelines, explained the PSG philosophy: “It’s easier to create an athlete than a footballer, and it’s easier to teach passing than dribbling, but dribbling is where creativity happens, and good footballers are naturally relaxed with the ball.”

Interesting. Tough to teach being relaxed on the ball, but I completely agree that’s an largely overlooked intangible.
