Are you HA's banker? How do you know they have no money to purchase a profitable business (FSA)?

Enlighten us all with your wisdom.

So smaller companies cannot buy larger companies that are worth more? What? You sound like an amateur.

They certainly can .... .where is HA going to get MORE money?! Yep, the owner has to dip back into his personal accounts because the business entity is already taking on more water than their laid off staff can bucket back out. Come on people, think! Heck, I can buy Barcelona and the Dodgers right now ..... all that I would have to do is come up with over 2 billion dollars! Heck, why doesn't HA buy Barcelona? They already have a pretty good academy.

Where do they get more money? Borrow or bring in new investors. Is that hard for you to comprehend. FSA is local, has an academy, and has the best facilities in the State.
          Get it now?

No doubt HA ran well in the red before Covid and now no revenue this year. Club soccer in the fall is in doubt. Unless a very wealthy investor is willing to put up their own assets as collateral no bank will loan them anything.

BTW FSA does not have academy teams.

The previous poster that you responded to does not know soccer or business. He should own a premier club around here.

Wealthy investors don't need collateral....they have cash on hand.

Sounds like HA owner needs a partner.

But does the move make the investor more money? This is a waste of money and no fool would do it. Faster, easier, and cheaper just to burn the cash.

FSA is a very profitable business. It should be of interest to many.

Someone REALLY wants FSA to be seen as a good buy for purchase by some savvy investor. I wonder who might dream about that? 🤔

Wealthy investors become and stay wealthy by not throwing bags full of cash at investments.

Sounds like you really know your stuff. Define “very profitable” for us. How much profit did they have in say 2018 or 2019?

Why would FSA want to sell if it’s so profitable?

How much do you think they’d sell for? Would they sell the club and the building/fields/land or just the club?

                            Tell us more...
