Myocarditis and other Covid issues are a concern for the over 19 of course. This is why colleges are taking it seriously. But it's still rare.
It is not something we are worrying about for kids age 3-10, and not much even for kids 10-18. As you would know Covid is more of an issue the older you are unless you have a rare health underlying condition.

Please show me your medical degree.
In the meantime, I will listen to my cardiologist friend and my neighbor who is an ER doc.
You are completely clueless.
Your lack of understanding in how the disease spreads, issues like MIS-C, etc. is disturbing.
Where were you educated? Public schools in RI?

COVID-19 strokes hitting younger, low-risk patients
A large study of strokes associated with COVID-19 found that many strokes occur in relatively young people without risk factors, the Multinational COVID-19 Stroke Study Group reported on Friday ahead of peer review. Researchers in 32 countries identified 432 COVID-19 patients with strokes caused either by blocked blood flow to the brain - called ischemic strokes - or by blood hemorrhage in the brain. Among those with ischemic strokes, more than one-third had no coronavirus symptoms. About one in four had none of the traditional risk factors for stroke - such as heart disease, high blood pressure or smoking - and more than one-third were under age 55. Among patients with hemorrhagic stroke, 70% had "spontaneous" bleeding not explained by breaks in weakened artery walls. Usually, spontaneous bleeding accounts for only 15% of hemorrhagic strokes. Strokes were more severe in patients without typical risk factors. A separate study published on Saturday in the Journal of Neurology looking at people who do have the most significant stroke risk factors - either a previous stroke, or diseased arteries - found they have high rates of poor COVID-19 outcomes and should take "extra precautions" during the pandemic. No companies want to move here, your infrastructure is horrible and your residents haven’t done squat to fix it.
No one has their head in the sand more the RIers. Completely clueless.

This troll is a fear spreader because of THEIR fears, their fear of losing to a team from our tiny state. Some people are sick in the head.

Wow so that’s interesting. We have friends who live in a town in MA and practices were crowded and no parents or coaches wore masks. Then now you say they are telling players to play in masks?! Omg who makes kids play in masks?! Heat exhaustion, among triggering asthma etc. kids do not need to wear masks outdoors playing that is actually more harmful!!!

Dumb. Just because someone made a new rule it doesn’t mean it’s safe for kids. Plain dumb.
Totally unsafe kids will get heat stroke.

People can make up all the rules they want but my players will not be wearing masks on the field! And I will be sure every parent on my kids team knows that just our coaches are wearing masks but not the players these rules that people are making up as a girl are very dangerous and CDC a long time ago already said that players don’t need to wear masks and there has been plenty of studies showing that kids don’t need to wear masks playing sports they are outside they’ve been practicing all summer and they’ve been practically no Covid issues and even when there was a positive Covid it didn’t cause any problems to that child and it did not spread through the team their families or coaches. Kids are not the spreaders. People who are going to work sick partying on the weekends are the super spreaders not the children so everyone needs to lay off!
