But, in general, the ACC has more soccer players that are super athletic with high soccer skills and soccer IQ and the SEC has more soccer players that are incredibly athletic (tall, strong, fast, powerful and leaping ability) and lower soccer skills and soccer IQ.
Which leads to two very different styles of play (generally speaking) and different levels of success in the Round of 8 and beyond.

This is off on a bit of a tangent to the OP's statement about Beck's legacy and replacement, but hard not to nibble on it.

To the genius comparing acc and sec players. How many natl championships has acc won when you exclude UNC. 1 Virginia and 2 FSU which should be an sec school. Virginia 1 and Florida 1 you wanna be expert. PS what’s the last time UNC won a natl championship

How many championshipshios has the SEC won? 1. And since you love the game where you exclude things? Exclude Abby Wambach (who only went to UF to put distance between herself and her parents who were conflicted about her lifestyle) and the SEC would have none at all.

Oh wow you must know Abby personally. You are definitely a dummy. Go see when did UNC win their championships. Better soccer iq players play in acc. You are an idiot for real.

In the last 10 years (seems like a reasonable time frame for recent success) the ACC has been dominant and the SEC an after thought:
2019 ACC had 1 team in the final 4...UNC, they finished runners up
SEC had zero teams in final 4
2018 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4...UNC and FSU, FSU finished champion and UNC runners up
SEC had zero teams in final 4
2017 ACC had 1 team in the final 4...Duke, semifinalist
SEC had 1 team in the final 4...South Carolina, semifinalist
2016 ACC had 1 team in the final 4...UNC, semifinalist
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2015 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4...Duke and FSU, Duke finishes runners up
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2014 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4.....Virginia and FSU, FSU finishes champions and Virginia runners up
SEC had 1 team in the final 4.....Texas A&M, semifinalist
2013 ACC had 3 teams in the final 4...FSU, Virginia, and Virginia Tech...FSU was runners up
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2012 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4...UNC and FSU, UNC were champions
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2011 ACC had 3 teams in the final 4....Duke, Wake Forrest, FSU....Duke finished runners up
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2010 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4....Notre Dame and Boston College, Notre Dame finished champions
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
2009 ACC had 2 teams in the final 4...UNC and Notre Dame, UNC finished champions
SEC had zero teams in the final 4
There is no real comparison between the two conferences. These are the facts.
