SD Surf has large coffers of cash. The surf cup generates a ridiculous amount of money every year. Why Surf in California said fine us, we can afford it. They are paying these coaches in New England way above the going rate just like Juventus for them to recruit players and don’t care if they turn a profit for provably a few years because they can do it. Anybody know what surf player fees are in with DI or NE.

I imagine BE at Surf Cup Sports, JB's old teammate, feels like a schmuck at the moment. I can imagine it went something like, "Trust me, there's nothing to these baseless accusations, old buddy." Wonder how Surf's board is feeling right now.

Clubs benefit from a constant new supply of fresh rubes.

NE Surf joins DPL. Ride the wave! Ain’t going anywhere fast. AP finally gets his team to highest level of local soccer. Spent all of last 12 months degrading DPL now finds himself coaching in it

DPL is a terrible, horrible league. All you need to know is that 5 teams wanted out soooooooo badly that they even followed LL right out of DPL .

If players leave to follow a good coach, I think players and families are well within their rights. Lets be honest, good coaches got paid a hell of a lot more to take their teams to Surf. They took the same families who were taken for fools to a "New club" in town, under the SAME leadership as the one they just left.

But Hey, Enjoy the Wave!!!! Im sure the sub bar leagues and leaders under criminal charges is the right move!!!
"...sub bar..." Hilarious. This country gets dumber by the hour.

all those teams were underperformers anyway, except maybe Bay. The new DPL lineup looks better.

No matter how you feel about the DPL, there’s no denying league has gotten stronger overall with the new additions.
