You have to give them some credit they put all of their eligible teams into the playoffs but 1. You can say ECNL is watered down, but so is DA and so is ECNL for FC Portland and neither did what CU did.

Now can they go to the playoffs and win?

I am curious. What did you think the thread titled CU stood for when you started this thread? It's probably less than a dozen titles down on the front page.

It's just more evidence of the types of cretins that CU attracts.

No different than when all clubs played under USYS and later options of both USYSA (OYSA)and US Club (as USCS leagues and ENCL).

Some USCS-league-registered clubs' DOCs had a fit when some clubs opted to allow their teams to participate in both USYSA and US Club leagues and cups, including the LOSC and THUSC DOCs. Funny how the ENCL-alliance of those two clubs as CU has come full circle to be inclusive in both US Club and USYSA.

Now DOCs and coaches try to convince people that only their offering means anything. It doesn't.

Everyone and their mother could accomplish this. If your gauge is fc Portland then you already lost. The real gauge is every single team in the NW and they aren't even good enough to be best in state at most age groups.

Keep trying your propaganda. You sound desperate. Need the money?

Good effort by CU. Down year for FCP after 3 years of having a better record than CU. GDA is nowhere near the level of ECNL.

You are making yourself look really foolish with this statement. It is patently untrue and you know it. There is one non ECNL team each in 03, 02, 01, and 00 years that might - MIGHT - have a chance to be competitive in the ECNL league. Not "everyone and their mother." When you lead with hyperbole like that it makes every word you say sound like a lie. Which it probably is.

Looking at the ECNL standings, one of the CU teams finished as a number one seed. In the nation. That is pretty darn impressive. And yes, for CU to put teams in the national playoffs in all age groups but one is something to notice.

My kid doesn't do ECNL or academy - we live three hours from Portland and none of us are willing to make that kind of life altering commute. But if we were it wouldn't even be close. If she was good enough she'd be playing for CU. Whatever they are doing there seems to be working for now.

CU has one good year in a watered down ECNL. Big whoop

You've been lied to. CU wouldn't be top in Oregon in at least 3 age groups you put above. You aren't even remotely correct on most anything from here. And stop lying, we all know you are from CU. they never tell the truth.

When cu teams play teams outside of their crappy league full of b and c teams they lose badly.

When they are forced to play teams in state they don't beat them either.

You should probably look around and stop talking like this. Nearly everyone who knows anything outside of this state would tell you that you sound desperate and foolish.

The only way cu would be successful is if for some reason all the top teams who used to be in Ecnl had their best players go to another league or a different team...

If that happened you might see them go from literally being an embarrassment to be in first place the next year.......

Then what would follow is the hoots and propaganda about now they must be the best...

But no. They wouldn't even think of taking credit for things that they shouldn't....

I've watched the games streamed online. Watch them and you'll understand. 1st place in the 4 team pacific division of the NW conference of the US Club soccer league? 2 Oregon club & 2 Washington 'c' teams. Qualifying for post season play based on playing these sisters of the poor 4x each is hardly worth remarking about. Frankly it's silly. Sell crazy someplace else. This is truly laughable.

CU went from winning 14 games the whole year for all ages combined to being ranked #1 in the nation! Credit goes to CU coaches who transformed these players in a season.

What’s laughable is your non-existent knowledge of ECNL. Keep hating.
