He’s a great trainer. Just wants his pay check $$. At the end of the day, who doesn’t?

Personal experience is terrible with him as a coach.

This is the best joke that I have read on TS in a while. In my experience with SA, he is much better at being a banker of other people's money, than he is doing anything at all related to soccer.

It's too bad that he's under investigation.

We'll see about that. The pressure is building as the investigation is ramping up.

Seriously? You've been saying this for over a year. Who is conducting the investigation? Who is paying for it?

I'm not the one mentioning the investigation but many people know about the it. It's fairly common knowledge in soccer circles.

Robert Mueller is, but do not tell anyone.

Uh, no it's not. There is no investigation by FYSA or US Soccer. You can call both organizations and ask. If it was criminal they would have already server the club with a subpoena which they have not.

                      Where does your sickness end?

He survives because just when parents figure out he is a flim flam man, their kids graduate and are done with soccer. He then cons new younger parents, and he continues earning his living. You can hardly blame the guy, as he is not doing anything illegal. He is merely selling soccer to parents that are uneducated in the game, and how it works here in America. He would be great in most any kind of sales.

Your theory might hold water if none of the parents in the club talked to each other. But, Breaking News, they do. And most are happy with the club, otherwise they leave.

We also talk about the crazy parents and jealous coaches who try to ruin the experience for others. Or go on anonymous message boards and spread lies, thinking it will change anybody's mind. It makes for good entertainment. But the worst-kept secret on TS is this: nobody chooses a club, team, or coach based on what they read here. If anyone thinks otherwise, the joke's on them.

We had a great experience with Scotty and loved where our daughter ended up in college. On our team the better players who worked hard and owned the recruitment process did quite well. The players who's parents never accepted they were 2nd rate or felt Scotty should do the entire recruitment process for every player ended up very unhappy.

                              Which group were you in?
