It's ok that you lost to both FSA Elite and Navy U10. Nothing to be ashamed of. Both of those teams haven't lost a game since early last fall.
CB and our new guy from AFC have not sat down all fall. They stand the entire game and coach every play. Esp the afc guy.

The players in games that come from younger age pools are hardly random. If they are playing two weak teams, they make even pools, if they are playing strong and weak they make a strong team and a weak team. I am not complaining about this and think it is wise, but please don't suggest that FSA has formed teams and OW's random pools hurt their play. They will replace many kids later anyway (OW that is).

In the age groups that oak played fsa yesterday, u10 and u11, fsa has set teams. No player movement between the rosters. Set teams, separate coaches. The fsa coaches stood and joysticked the entire game (embarrassing). Oak rotates their players every game and could care less about the scores.

Biggest joke: FSA had 5+ subs per team every team, oak had 3 max. FSA actually had 7 subs in one game. An 8v8 game!!!. We'll see you in a year when we out develop you.

        Wake up morons.
You OW people truly are a joke, stand up and take your beatings like a real man and move on

CB very often will sit for the entire half, but yesterday was very vocal. However, the Oakwood coach was very vocal the entire game as well.

Agreed on the AFC coach, he's obnoxiously loud most of the time...

Let the FSA people have their glory at u11. Their teams at u15 and up are a smoldering dumpster 🔥 fire! FSA rules the 8v8 game. Well done!

and universally detested by players and parents alike on the teams he coaches from the few parents ive talked to. ive just heard him on an adjoining field during practices and he sounds like a mental case with the outbursts. And we're talking pre-teen kids that hes laying into.

He treats the kids pretty badly...consistently degrades kids, even making dumb little comments about their intelligence. Very often only pays attention to 1/4 of the team during practice.

Was he this way at AFC? Any idea why he left and the website was scrubbed of all references?

yes, and not sure there's never been a formal explanation.

I should add that he's a very good coach, just not for everyone. A family needs to know what they're getting into, and I suspect the FSA families had no idea. His reputation preceded him at AFC, so everyone knew and made decisions from there.

Can he be any worse than AD or CC? You say only works with 1/4 of the team? That sounds about right. The big and fast kids. And, they don't get any better, they just get more attention.
