Oregon will be looking. Oregon State probably did enough this year to save Linus. Plus they are looking for a football coach. Linus probably gets one more year. He will need to make a strong bid for a tournament spot next year to not get fired. UW coach has been there for eternity so she will stay on, however one wonders if they will continue to see that program flail? Utah coach is safe. They had an awful year but last year were in the tournament. ASU coach is new. Will get four or five years to get that program on track.

No news from Eugene. Maybe Mertz saved her skin for another year. Current players should be poised for another bottom of the Pac 12 finish next year. But hey, they should be used to it. Maybe they can paint yellow and green L's on their foreheads. Crummy players + crummy coach = terrible season.

To improve you need:

1) a good leader who is a good recruiter and a philosophy that the team buys into
2) good Players

Oregon = good players and bad coach.
Portland = average to good players no coach
Oregon State = average to good players and average coach

Doing the the same thing over and over and expecting a different result won’t happen

Parents with players on the team have much more valid input than you. What, did the coach not recruit your dd? Get over it. Support our local teams, local girls and let the ADs worry about the coach.

Maybe it is a person who is from the state of Oregon and wants to root for teams from Oregon rather than bitching all the time about teams in Oregon.

In fairness, all the players that have been recruited to these teams are good. Maybe not quite Stanford good... but you need to be at the very top of club ball to play UO, UP, OSU.

Who is "bitching"? Since when is pointing out facts, "bitching"? Here's a hint: look at her record at Oregon. Look at the garbage results. If they are keeping her, then that says the results are the result of crappy players. Sorry that facts are so difficult for you to understand.
