I never understood the reasoning behind banning high school sports. Look at the men's side. They did that and took the joy out of the sport.

US Soccer's approach is a complete disaster. Pull kids out of the community connections, ban them from high school sports, have weird completion rules. Four or five people and a dog watching games. The whole things stinks. The results speak for itself. Completely embarrassing.

Now they want to bring that to the girls side? Take the fun and friendships out of the game. Take away the fun tournaments and replace them with sterile events.

Sad that they have convinced some to try this. What a waste. National embarrassment.

Thornz Asylum is entering its 4th year. Should be seeing results by now. ECNL clubs are fulfilling their mission by putting dozens of girls in college soccer every year. Thornz haven't managed to get even one girl into community college so far - and USWNT is light years away for the talent level they've been able to attract...

I am not even sure who you are referencing? Thorns, FCP, or CU?

You can say the same about all 3 clubs which was my initial point.
