Translation: Less play time if greater than 16 roster spots.

Sure seems that way! Not a very impressive record.

JS had part of this group for years. It's hard to teach 15-year-olds to think for themselves when they've always been told what to do for years.

The Elite team is decent though. They should play NPL next year

There will be some changes made at tryouts. Have seen some impressive 02 and 03 players from Palm Coast teams that may be ready to move from their NPL teams to play ECNL. Guessing this David Gough will be working with the training and curriculum for each team as he is a director of coaching.

So the answer is to have girls play up on ager rather than developing on age teams. A win first mentality over development?

I'm sure he will not be allowed to help either of Pickett's teams

How is the turnout looking for the ECNL boys in San Diego looking for this weekend?

Oh yeah, no colleges attending. At least it looks like none of the other Florida clubs were foolish enough send their teams. Curious, how does FESA book travel for their teams?

Why? A Director of Coaching with Gough's background of coaching the England women's national team would be what Pickett would want for his teams. This is what FESA coaches want, more high level coaches and directors to become part of the team to raise the bar for the club.
