    NHIAA must be bored

So the genius bar over at NHIAA decided it was time to change it up a bit. Light kits for away and dark kits for home....really, that's what they do with their time, fu$k up soccer tradition!

I heard the same thing but that it was a NCAA decision and NHIAA was following suit. Doesn’t anyone read the shirts. Home white has mascot name and away dark has town/city. Silly decision.

This is a National Federation of High School Sports rule change - its nationwide, it has nothing to do with the NHIAA.

Correct, national rule change. Trust me - the NHIAA can't put the effort into getting 3 officials mandated for games, you think they will take any time to discuss the color of uniforms? HAHAHAHAHA

It's not the lack of effort, it's the lack of resources. There is a problem with soccer referee staffing everywhere.

Refs are either too old, or too young. We are killing off the young ones by our sideline behavior.

            1. Labor shortage can be fixed by paying more.
            2. The assigners in NH killed off both my son and daughter as ref's not the sideline parents. They make it so hard to want to ref. The guy always berates the kids via email and it is so convoluted to sign up for assignments it's just not worth it!
