If you're in it for a D1 scholarship- PF (no one else comes close).

Yes. PF bailed because they could. Other clubs were not so fortunate.

PF were never in GAL or going to be. As soon as DA collapsed they went back to ECNL

Most likely a parent or coach who’s team is in another league and feel threatened by the Ukies for some reason.

Facilities would be PF by far. Delco has no facilities.
