With numbers rising when will the season be shut down

Numbers here in MA are rising and if parents and kids alike don't start to wise up, then we are facing soccer being cancelled

I wish posts like these would be banned from TS. It is the same fear mongering we have been dealing with for 6 months. If you don't like soccer, or you fear COVID please take you ball and go home.

Are you saying numbers are rising because of soccer. I hope you are not that stupid.

OP is probably one of the posters who had inside info that high school soccer was going to be cancelled back in July...then August...then it would get postponed to spring.

Some people are just miserable human being and want to pay that misery forward.

This 2nd Wave is vicious, huh.
Cases may be up - cuz The Poors, but we don't play them.

Watched some HS soccer yesterday. Beautiful day around a leafy field.
The Lucky Lanyards had to crowd along the fence - stands closed by BoH -
The rest of us comfortably watched from blankets and chairs from various points outside the stadium. Nice actually.

Its already early October, things going well. The only shutdowns looming would be at the high school level if a school has cases. Club has been going on for weeks with no linked cases.

Numbers are going well. No need to take away soccer. Docs are predicting a mild flu season with all of the flu vaccines and social distancing. Soccer will likely continue on.

Early, heavy, and frequent snow will soon shut it down.
Numbers are up in New England.

No, the only thing falling is the Presidency (failing?)

The season ends tomorrow - the Governor called it. It's hush-hush at the moment but trust me - it's over. No need for you to worry about it any more. You can log off and stay away from the fields. If you hear differently it's just propaganda so don't fret. Check back with us in April and we'll have further instructions for you.

Hockey is causing outbreaks. Baker is concerned about youth sports now. We may be in trouble.
