How do you get a list of NOT accepted teams? I see a list of accepted teams (so far), but I'm not sure there is a list of teams specifically NOT accepted.

You look at the list of APPLIED teams and take away the list of ACCEPTED teams. What you are left with is the list of teams NOT accepted. One or two more FL teams may get in but the list is already pretty big.
