CM keep up the great job :)

My kid is too old to play for his team but he would play for him if he was of age. I have known CM for several years and while he does travel from club to club it's because the players come from both north and south so it's difficult to find common ground where they all can train together. If you have ever seen his trainings or been a part of them then you will know he can train. If you have been to his games then you know he can coach.

There's only one thing to say about the famous coach PASSION for the game and his players. Tough love is sometimes is telling a player that he has competition for playing time. Player will either fold or step up, however the core of the team (9 player) going to into 6th year have been the heart and backbone on the teams success no matter what club. What other team in the area have had more success in the last 6 years? He has been on top of the state longer than anyone and that is a fact numbers don't lie.

The reason the guy has switched from club to club is simply because he has been fired from every club. It has nothing to do with finding a central place for players to train at. Please give us a brake. The guy has screwed over more clubs and players than any coach and CM has brought this on upon himself. Even FC Florida fired him only for CM to go back and beg to stay. He is all about his son being seen and that is it. I made the horrible mistake of having my son at for him. And yes my son started.

For those 6 rec level players whose parents follow him blindly, good for them but they are not the backbone, they are the funding. The parents know that their sons could not play anywhere else so they make sure they keep CM happy so their kids can at least say they play on a competitive team. Without the over 50% of new players CM brings on his team every single year he could not be competitive and he has only been that for the past two years not six.

Just one more Daddy coach taking care of his son on the backs of the fools who pay him.

Don't complain. Let these parents fund the team so CM and his son travel the country on their expense. What a great deal for them - his son gets exposure around the country and his dad pays nothing. BRILLIANT!

Far from the truth, and won't even try to explain. The truth sits among those young man he takes of. BTW exposure and oppurtunity is giving to every player on the team, not only his son. The team is what comes first not any individual, however it happens to be his son that gets the attraction from the college coaches. What is so wrong with that? Do you think CM has any say on what these college coaches are looking for? It becomes performance of the individual to showcase his talent. Do you know college coaches will follow a player at least three matches before even considering or approaching the player? His son is a standout player that will make it without his fathers assistances. Good luck with your kids recruiting process, I know CM is not too worried about his!

His son is indeed very talented but CM is not a solid coach which is the reason he continues to post at this and other sites. He is very desperate to get respect that he would get if he had the background and experience to be called a soccer coach which he does not have.

It would help him to stay away from TS and stop promoting his son. His son does not need promoting. He needs to play for a different coach on a different team. There are hundreds of players in the US that are as good if not better than him. What is he going to do when he has to sit on a bench for the first time in his life?

Then why can't CM step down as daddy coach. His son needs to have exposure from someone besides daddy.

CM, you have done a great job developing your own son. It did not hurt that he always played 100% of the time regardless of how good or bad he did and you build teams around him but still, good job. CM, you have done a great job developing your own son. It did not hurt that he always played 100% of the time regardless of how good or bad he did and you build teams around him but still, good job. He is a standout player that now needs a real coach and start competing for a position like everyone else. Time to let go.

Serious? His team that is been in numerous tournaments all over the country, and have been more than competitive. Always placing his team in the quarters, semis, finalist or winning. How the heck is he not in your professional evaluation considered a quality coach? Are you aware his team finished in the quarter finals in Southern Regionals? You obviously have a unlike for this coach, however his accomplishment are not supporting your statements. Stop hating, sound like you're a little jealous of him or his son?
