This is the MAAC not a P5 conference. Most of the schools are not even fully funded. Put things in perspective. If a coach can finish in the top three of the conference year in and year out that's success and he/she should maintain their job. Jim has not been successful the past three years and was let go.

Not the poster but if that is true it shows they don't care about women's soccer much. Go with the easy pick. U conn should be getting a current D1 coach from a smaller but successful program or even a D3 head coach with a winning program

So ridiculous, both sisters that are currently AC at D1 programs for over 10 yrs . Both are very capable of become a HC ... also have a great resumes and track recordeds

My understanding is they are both the top recruiters for their program. With the downward trend that Uconn is facing some blame has to go to the asst.

fair enough...UConn will be measured much higher when selecting its next HC, Fairfield will most likely take a shot with the sister from central.
