Keep it up and one of those clubs from the east will come in and take everything. Remember you are run by the city and its rec board. They award the contract to run the program.

Coach Roger, a former midfielder for the Miami Fusion (MLS) and the Jamaican National Team...>Never played for the national team and played a total of 35 minutes for the Fusion in mop up duty.

He has been called out on this before. Just part of his ego and he thinks people forget.

So either he was on the teams or he wasn't. There is no criteria of minimum minutes to justify that statement.

Sun-Sentinel article in 1998 makes reference with RT training with the Jamaican national team. Your chart shows no roster for 1995 because the Jamaican national team didn't qualify. Maybe he should add the other things in the article that aren't on his Bio.
The Fusion, desperate to generate offense and fill the seats at Lockhart Stadium, might get both its wishes at the same time. Roger Thomas, a former player at Florida International University and native of Kingston, Jamaica, is taking part in negotiations with Major League Soccer that could bring him to the Fusion. Todd Durbin, director of MLS player personnel, confirmed on Tuesday that the league has spoken with Thomas and that discussions have been positive. Durbin added that the league is close to finalizing a contract.
Thomas, a 5-foot-9, 170-pound forward, is an offensive threat who could add some fire to a Fusion attack that has scored a league-low 11 goals in 13 games.
The signing of Thomas could bring a part of the large contingent of Jamaican soccer fans in South Florida to Lockhart Stadium. Since 20,450 fans filled Lockhart in the opener against D.C. United, Fusion attendance has fallen. "[Thomas) is a quality player," FIU coach Karl Kremser said. "He will be a good fit for the Fusion."
The addition of Thomas would mean the Fusion would need to trade or release a player from the 20-man roster. If the Fusion gets visa clearance for Paulinho McLaren, who is expected to join the team soon, the team would need to release a second player.
The addition of two forwards would indicate that coach Carlos Cordoba might be reconsidering his one-forward alignment.
Thomas has been practicing with the Fusion and has been impressive.
Thomas played two seasons at FIU, in which he scored 23 goals and had 16 assists in 38 games. In 1994, Thomas was named to the All-TransAmerican Athletic Conference first team after scoring 13 goals and nine assists.
In summer 1995, Thomas trained with the Jamaican national team in its quest for Olympic qualification.
Thomas recently tried out with several teams in Chile.

Does his Bio say he played 5 years and was the leading scorer? He was on the team. Since you really know sports so well, why don't you give me names of all the coaches, that have won a championship in every sport that made the hall of fame as a player.
You can probably list them on one hand. If you are trying to discredit him, you were unsuccessful because his bio is not inaccurate. Nice try though. Let me know when you venture outside of youth soccer and tackle some important issues.
