and hes leaps and bounds better than most of our players, I would dare say he would start on the Colombian team.... why? cuz even though he waited a couple of years , he dropped out of the traditional American educational system at 15... down south most of them are identified at 11-12 and they quit school to pursue the dream.... about 10 % make it , the rest is why they are third world.... not hating, just stating facts

Again and again, the problem here in the U.S is the we have “coaches “ clueless picking the players. No coj0nes

Trapp sucks. Every game leading to this game he has been lost. Trapp is 25 and less than average. He doesn't have a future with this team.

So funny. The MLS DA programs don't pay-to-play, they are free programs, so what's your point? Pay-to-play for lower level sports can't go away, it's not possible.

Colombia is a third world nation. I'm sorry, maybe Chile and Argentina are a bit more advanced in some ways, but all SA countries are light years behind the rest of the modern world. I am not saying the people are not wonderful or the countries aren't beautiful, but they ar third world.

How has the USA done vs. Columbia in important games, on the world stage? Have they ever played in a World Cup game vs. each other? This was a friendly, how about in an important game?

First is Colombia, we are talking about the country not the District. I believe last time USA beat Colombia was in the WC 1994. Just a friendly. Is not very important for Colombia and by having Bradley out there means it wasn't important for the USA.

Friendlies are times to try to things. Not sure why they used Bradley but there was lots of young talent on the American team. Colombia has the possession advantage, but the USA did score two goals somehow. A little more luck and fans at the game and who knows. The USA men's team is looking better and they should start to win more against other countries.
