What exactly is being purchased? They lost the North Branford Branch last year. They have no physical assets. Is Danny joining Chelsea Piers? Will every family follow like good sheep?

They didn't lose North Branford. It wasn't Shorelines to start with it was Ben Joiners. Ben Joiner's Shoreline is still there.

Well it's two 200-250 kid clubs. CP charge players $3950.

That’s definitely a troll. No one is saying DS is a top coach in the state. He is a good coach, but he is a great salesman. He was able to start up a good, independent club much like Yankee. However, like Yankee, his program succumbed to market forces. My guess is that losing North Branford was the first big blow. He was struggling to keep his own branch going and found a great opportunity to cash out. If he can actually convince everyone in his club to go to Chelsea Piers then it’s a win for them.
