We are in process of choosing private school for our daughter to attend. She wants to continue to play soccer. We are looking at Sacred Heart, Green Farm, St Lukes and Hopkins. Do any parents have advice on soccer programs at these schools?

Private schools typically have smaller rosters and the success of the team largely depends on how many strong club players choose to attend.

Goes without saying - pick the best academic fit for her. The quality of soccer at any of those schools is mediocre at best. If she hopes to play in college where she plays club is what matters, not HS (public or private).
