I remember seeing the Rush "Elite" 06 boys down 5-0 by half against the OW 06 boys at OPI last year...it was a slaughter and OW seemed to be just going through the motions.

Superior Orange is higher than Superior Black - there is no crossover play between groups. Therefor, Orange > Black....CT Rush > CFC United.

The brackets are broken into groups in brackets. The color doesn't make it higher.

Championship: Is the highest
Elite: has two brackets that are equal and split up
Superior: has two again in which both Ct teams are in, but split up only.

In another year, Rush will not matter except in your Got Soccer website. Enjoy it while it lasts.

So far we haven't got a ton of support for Daniel Hand applicants but some fishing for below the equator unzipped activity. Some ill will shade cast in Hand's AD's direction

And a few repartee contestants on the 'who speaks for Guilford as a whole' ... after seeing the kick and run product at Guilford several times this year I would suspect someone new who can teach the kids how to connect the way Mercy girls do

Is OW bragging about playing their branch team. That is their Shoreline branch team. Not Elite. Keep on bragging about beating Rush branch team.

Rush Shoreline shouldn’t be lumped in with these other struggling clubs. This Rush branch is on par with any club in CT in terms of competitive teams on both the boys and girls side. The Rush Select teams can play and beat CFC or FSA ECNL and the Oakwood teams. The soccer landscape has changed and Rush is taking over. There are several girls being recruited by D1 schools that I know of and the college placements will also be on par with the ECNL and GDA teams

I think the OW 06 OPI comment was in defense of this ridiculous claim....

Not sure what is misleading. The Guilford varsity roster had 13 Rush players on it. 3 Seniors, 6 Juniors and 4 Sophomores. That accounts for 50% of their roster. Several more players playing in the program at JV and Freshman level. Several other strong players representing several other clubs also represented on their roster.

what a blatant plug for Rush, CFC & S Central players were the main contributors towards Guilford success, maybe 3 Rush players got decent time, stop plugging Ed....
