Between TP and MM they can and will contact any of the coaches D1-D3. MN knows every D2 coach as well. I have not heard any parent in the United program complain about a lack of help with college stuff. They complain of plenty of other things though.

These are the two things clubs need to do
with recruiting
1) give the family direction on what level of play and examples of programs that would be a good fit for each individual player + answering questions when they arise.
2) take phone calls from college coaches to answer their questions do a little selling AND make calls to college coaches to also do a little selling but more importantly gauge the program's interest.
Pretty much everything else is up to the player - creating their own list of targets, sending emails with resumes, video and schedules. Playing their hearts out in the field. Following up. Families help with the targeting, maybe do mock phone calls with coaches to lessen nervousness, give guidance on finances and offers, provide transportation and endless amounts of encouragement
If your club isn't doing 1 and 2 why are you there? If your club is doing it but your player isn't getting interest then the target list probably needs adjustment. Remember, it's in a clubs interest to have strong commitment lists and a history of player success in college. That keeps bringing in new customers through the door.

The expectations and responsibilities for each player are very high and as result a player who does not perform, act in mature manner on and off field (including socially outside of CFC) or develop in sessions is typically removed from team. DC holds each player to a very high standard and expects much from them each practice. Come watch a session and you will quickly observe that the level of play is one that each player and team should aspire to where there is no room for showboating, horseplay or slacking off. The players are expected to reflect on performance each session and take personal responsibility for their health and fitness all in meaningful way just as they will be expected to in college. DC also has players perform the PACER test each year and has them participate in ACL testing/study through QU all of which are added bonuses to the CFC platform and experience. It is an honor to be asked to be on this team and not to be taken for granted.
